This Privacy Policy describes how AITECH INTEGRATION LLC (“Integer Demand,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit integerdemand.com or use the Integer Demand platform (the “Service”).
Privacy questions: privacy@integerdemand.com · General contact: help@integerdemand.com
1. Information we collect
a) Account information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored as a one-way hash, not in plain text). If you turn on two-factor authentication, we also store the information needed to verify your authenticator. If you invite team members, we store their email and the role you assign them.
b) Billing information
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. We do receive and store basic billing records (such as your Stripe customer ID, plan, billing interval, status, and invoice history) so we can manage your subscription.
c) Business data you upload or connect
You can upload or connect business data — for example sales history, inventory levels, item and SKU master data, purchase orders, shipments, supplier information, and planning assumptions. This is your operational data. We treat it as yours and use it to provide the planning, forecasting and reporting features you choose to use.
d) Support, contact and newsletter
If you contact us by email, our contact form, or our in-product support channels, we receive what you send (such as your name, email, company, and message). If you sign up for our newsletter, we keep your email so we can send it; every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
e) Automatic technical information
When you visit the Service, we automatically collect the kind of information browsers and apps usually send, including IP address, basic device and browser information, pages or screens viewed, actions taken inside the product, timestamps, and error and performance diagnostics. We also keep audit records of important security events (for example, sign-ins, password changes and 2FA events).
2. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember basic preferences (such as theme), and protect against session-tampering. These are required for the Service to function.
Our public website also includes Google Analytics (Google Tag / GA4, measurement ID G-RP4PSC6VXJ) to help us understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site — for example which pages are popular and where visitors come from. When the Google Analytics scripts load and run in your browser, Google may set its own cookies and may receive information including your IP address, the page you're on, basic device and browser information, and an analytics identifier. We do not use Google Analytics to advertise to you, and we do not combine analytics data with your account data to build a marketing profile about you. If your browser, an extension, or our security headers block Google Analytics from loading, no analytics data is collected for that visit.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Browser-level Do-Not-Track signals are not standardized and we currently do not respond to them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's tools.
3. How we use information
- To create and maintain your account, run the planning and forecasting features you ask us to run, and generate the outputs you request.
- To process your subscription, send invoices and receipts, and handle billing-related questions.
- To respond to your support requests and to communicate with you about the Service (e.g., security notices, billing notices, important product changes).
- To monitor, troubleshoot and improve the reliability, performance and safety of the Service, including detecting and preventing abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- To send marketing emails or newsletters where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our Terms.
4. AI features
Some Integer Demand features use AI to help generate forecasts, recommendations, summaries, or other planning outputs. To do this, the relevant inputs (which can include parts of your business data and any prompts you write) may be processed by Integer Demand systems and by AI service providers we use to power those features.
We do not use your business data to train public, general-purpose AI models, and we do not authorize the AI providers we use to do so.
AI-generated output is provided for decision-support purposes only and may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. Please review AI-generated output before relying on it for purchasing, inventory, financial or other operational decisions, and please don't enter highly sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, payment-card data or health information) into AI features.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as described below.
- Service providers we use to run Integer Demand. We rely on third-party providers for things like hosting, databases, email delivery, customer support tooling, analytics, and payment processing. These providers may process information on our behalf to provide their services to us. The most user-visible examples are Stripe (payment processing) and Google (website analytics, as described above).
- Integrations you choose to connect. If you connect a third-party platform to your Integer Demand account, we exchange information with that platform on your instruction. Your use of those third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety or security of Integer Demand, our customers, or the public.
- Business changes. If Integer Demand or substantially all of its assets is acquired or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will let affected users know if material changes to this Policy result.
6. Data retention
We keep account information and the business data you upload for as long as your account is active. After your account is closed, we delete the data within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep it to comply with legal obligations (for example, billing and tax records), to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. Backups are rotated on their normal schedule.
You can also ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@integerdemand.com.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information — including HTTPS / TLS in transit, one-way password hashing, optional two-factor authentication, workspace-scoped access controls, and limited internal access to production systems. No internet service can be guaranteed 100% secure. For a high-level overview, see our Trust & Security page.
8. Your choices and requests
You can update or correct your account information from inside the product, export business data you have uploaded, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, and ask us to delete your account.
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law — including the EU/UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the California CCPA/CPRA — may give you additional rights, such as the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. To make a request, email privacy@integerdemand.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
9. International users
Integer Demand is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from another country, you understand that information you submit may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
10. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact privacy@integerdemand.com and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always at https://integerdemand.com/privacy and the “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change.
