Integer Demand is built and operated by AITECH INTEGRATION LLC. The information you bring into the platform — your sales history, inventory, purchase orders, supplier information and planning assumptions — is the basis for the forecasts and recommendations we provide. Protecting that information, and the integrity of your account, is a core part of how we run the service.

Our approach

We design and operate Integer Demand with the following principles in mind:

• Your data stays yours. You retain ownership of the business data you upload or connect. We use it only to operate the platform for you.
• Encrypted in transit. Connections to the platform use HTTPS / TLS.
• Account protection. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing, and you can enable two-factor authentication on your account.
• Workspace separation. Each customer's data is scoped to their own workspace, and access is checked on every request.
• Limited internal access. Only a small number of authorized people can access production systems, and only when needed to support customers, fix issues, or keep the service running.
• Continuous improvement. We keep our software and dependencies up to date and review our practices on an ongoing basis.

No internet-connected service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we don't make that promise. We aim to apply reasonable, current safeguards and to be straightforward about what we do.

If you think you've found a security issue

If you believe you've found a security issue affecting Integer Demand, please email security@integerdemand.com with enough detail for us to understand and reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue before disclosing it publicly or to third parties, and please do not access, modify or download data that doesn't belong to you.

We review security concerns sent to security@integerdemand.com, but we do not commit to specific response times, public recognition, or rewards.
